What is Specials Nite?
Specials Nite is a free, map-first guide to restaurant, pub and café specials and deals near you — things like "$15 parma Tuesday", half-price pizza nights and happy-hour pricing. Open the map, see what's cheap near you tonight, and head out. It's free for diners and for venues.
How do I find specials near me?
Open the live map and allow location access, or type a place or dish into the search bar (for example "steakhouse near me" or "pizza in Richmond"). Pins show venues with specials; tap a pin for prices, opening hours, directions, reviews and photos. You can filter by day, cuisine and minimum star rating.
Is Specials Nite free?
Yes — completely free for diners to browse and for venues to be listed. There are no fees and no commission on covers.
What do the map pin colours mean?
Red pins are venues with a current special (the price shows on the pin). Grey pins are venues we have on file that haven't been verified yet. The blue dot is your own location.
How do I add a venue or a special?
Create a free account, then use "Add venue" to submit a place, or open a venue and add a special. New submissions from patrons are marked unverified and reviewed by our team before they're confirmed. See our how-it-works guide for step-by-step help.
I own a venue — how do I claim my listing?
Search for your venue, open it and choose "Own this venue?" to create a venue account and claim it. Once our team approves your account, your listing is verified and your future edits go live automatically. Full steps are in the how-it-works guide.
Why should my venue claim its listing?
Claiming is free and lets you control your details, add your full menu and photos, promote specials to fill quiet nights, earn a verified badge diners trust, and reach new customers searching for exactly what you offer.
What does "verified" mean?
Verified means the listing has been confirmed — either audited by our team or claimed and kept up to date by the venue. Verified venues show a badge so diners know the information is trustworthy.
Can I write reviews and add photos?
Yes. Signed-in diners can leave a star rating and review and upload photos to any venue, and view other diners' reviews and photos. You can manage everything you've added under "My Activity".
How do I edit or remove something I added?
Open "My Activity" from the menu to see the venues, edits, reviews and photos you've submitted along with their status, and to edit or remove them.
How is my location used?
Your location is only used in your browser to centre the map and find nearby specials. You can use the site without sharing location by searching for a place name instead.
How do I get the weekly deals email?
Turn on "Weekly deals email" in Settings. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link if you change your mind.
